Refund Policy
1. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
To cancel an order, customers must contact on +91 9277177280 (Official Whatsapp) with their order details.
If the order is already processed, cancellations may not be possible.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:
Payment was deducted, but the service/product was not delivered.
The customer received a defective or incorrect product/service.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3. Refund Process & Timeline
Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7 working days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, UPI, etc.).
Some payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in the account.
4. Non-Refundable Services/Products
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or user error during transactions.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are requested to contact us before raising chargebacks to resolve issues faster.
Chargebacks without prior communication may lead to account suspension.
